This policy explains what information Same Day Plumbing & Air (“we”, “us”) collects through samedayplumbingandair.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information you give us
When you request service through a form on this site, we collect:
- Your name and phone number
- Your email address (optional)
- The service address
- The issue you select and any message you write
When you call or text us, we receive your phone number and whatever you tell us so we can help you.
Information collected automatically
With a service request we also record the page you submitted it from, your browser type, and, if you arrived from an ad, the campaign details in the link (such as a Google Ads click ID). We do not store your IP address. We keep only a scrambled, one-way version of it to stop spam and repeated automated submissions.
Our ad landing pages use Google Tag Manager and Google Ads conversion tracking, which may set cookies so we can tell whether our advertising works. Most other pages on this site do not set tracking cookies. The service request form keeps ad-click details in your browser only until you close the tab.
Content from Google
Customer reviews on this site are shown from our public Google Business listings, including reviewers’ names and profile photos, which load from Google. Our service-area map is a Google Maps image. Google’s handling of that data is covered by the Google Privacy Policy.
How we use your information

- To keep our records and meet legal and accounting obligations
- To prevent spam and abuse of our forms
- To measure which of our ads bring in customers
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with other businesses for their own marketing.
Who we share it with
We share information only with companies that help us run our business, and only as needed for that work: our website host, our email provider (service requests are emailed to our office), and Google for ad measurement on landing pages. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep service requests and customer records for as long as we need them to serve you and to meet our legal and accounting obligations, then delete them.
How we protect it
The site runs entirely over encrypted HTTPS connections, service requests are available only to authorized staff, and we limit who can access our systems.
Your choices
- You can ask us what information we have about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by contacting us below.
- You can control ad personalization in your Google Ad Settings and block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
