We did not start Same Day because the world needed another plumbing company.
Anthony Rodrigues and his business partner, Ralph Hernandez, spent years watching the home-services industry slide in the wrong direction. Technicians were no longer judged on how well they solved problems, but on how much equipment they could sell. Commissions and quotas took the place of genuine craftsmanship, leaving homeowners feeling pressured and skeptical.
Highly skilled plumbers and HVAC techs were being turned into retail closers. Anthony and Ralph believed trade excellence and honest business could not only coexist — they belonged together.
